In this lesson we move into the practical section of Paul's letter to the Ephesians. Here we see what should be our motivation for living the Christian life. Do we obey in order to earn our salvation? Are we steadfast in our walk with the Lord in order to keep our salvation? No! The Bible is clear that we are saved by grace through faith alone in Christ. However, God wants us to be His people in this dark world, and in this portion of the letter Paul begins to explain that we should live based on the incredible things that God has done for us through Christ.
